Nick is apparently embracing internet marketing, by releasing the two-episode premiere on KorraNation.com and hopefully they'll be putting full episodes as they air either there or on Nick.com so that those of us without cable tv will be able to watch the episodes legitimately.
But the downside is, they're blocking people with internet access from outside the United States from watching these videos.
Some of you may remember when the Blue Spirit Network was created to help international fans watch episodes of Avatar. I'm calling the Blue Spirits to arms once again.
I will NOT, however, be posting links to episodes leaked and hosted on other sites. I want to drive traffic to official Nick sites so that Mike and Bryan can continue to bring us awesome stuff.
The solution? IP Spoofing by using a proxy. Basically, it's a service that works as a middleman between you and the sites you're accessing, making the site think you're from the US. Hurray.
Using one is simple. Visit [link] and click on one of the links listed under "10 Recently Tested" on the left hand side of the page. Then on that page type in KorraNation.com in the url field of the page (not your browser's nav), click go and enjoy.
I'm endorsing only this method for international viewers because, as I said, Nick still gets the site traffic.
It really sucked when episodes of avatar were shown in other parts of the world months before we even got a release date for them here. I honestly tried to wait until the us airing, but we had to wait months and the spoilers were leaking all over the internet. I couldn't even Google avatar because of the spoilers. So its surprising Nickelodeon is doing this again i just hope they keep the worlds air dates within 2 weeks of each other this time.
Lin- he did, but I made my own!
Er...BLUE SPIRIT WOMAN!
Have you ever danced with a metalbender in the pale moonlight?
Literally, at least.
THIS ART IS AWESOME AND TOPHSOME.
AND MADE MY ENTIRE MONTH.
Thank you.
So, so, so very much.
