My eldest nephew wants to be one of the bellhops from the Hollywood Tower of Terror in Disney's California Adventure park.
We found a waiter's coat at Goodwill and I customized it. The Hollywood Tower Hotel emblem I hand embroidered, and the hat was made by putting fabric over a thin cardboard base (made from a box of Honey Nut Cheerios) |

You can actually buy official Disney bellhop hats at the tower in WDW (I'm not sure about California) Some even come with Stitch ears.
