Thnx, it would appear the moss wins out unanimously.

16 colors (like all the rest of my avatarsd background plates) I can tweak the existing colors a bit, but not add any.

This is for the two training fights with Katara, and Zuko's fight with the pirates.

Could I perhaps use this for an educational purpose?
Our school is creating a 16-Bit game, and need a basic background for the commercial.

Unfortunately, no. This background is based on the television series Avatar: The Last Airbender, which is copyright Nickelodeon, and even if this is fanwork, it would still fall under the same copyright regulations.

If, however, I could make a background for you to use as a commission.

I like the moss. Clouds are pretty, too. ^^

I vote for moss. :) Rocks and arch.

I like the moss. But then I'm biased.
my only concern is that the top of the lower rocks blend in with the trees then, but without the moss the tall rocks look plain. Is there any way you could leave the lower without and keep moss on the tall one?

Hehe. I agree with the others. The moss looks great!

Personally, I enjoy looking at the extra layer of moss. It shows that you are willing to go the extra mile for a greater sense of realism.

On the Nature the moss covers all the rocks, I vote for it.
